BUSINESS: Beazley Auctioneers
LOCATION: Dallas, Texas

DESCRIPTION

Robyn Beazley and her husband John own an auction company that specializes in heavy equipment. They took action on a Facebook ad and came to NextLevelBusiness LIVE in Austin, Texas.

So Robyn and her husband John went to the live event. They had already invested hundreds and thousands of dollars in professional and personal growth and initially believed they didn’t need to sign up for another program.

But she ended up investing in a NextLevel Program and started getting results within six weeks. They immediately saw a difference in their business, adding zeros to their bottom line within a week of implementing just a few things they took away from the event and the program.

But they hit a plateau. They needed to identify and implement processes in their business that’ll help them grow and scale. That’s when she started trusting Oli and NextLevelBusiness.

Robyn now finds herself being more intentional with her business. She blocks her time out and now thinks more strategically about what she’s doing, and why she’s doing it.

Not only that, but she’s on her way toward removing herself as the linchpin in the business so she can enjoy more time with her kids.

TRANSCRIPT

I took action on a Facebook action that I saw for this event in Austin, I didn’t sign up right away. So there was a series of emails that would have happened. Then I got this text message that came into my phone. When I started to get these fantastic followup pieces from Oli and his team, I was blown away and I wanted to know how he was doing these things. I knew what to do in order to grow our business, but I didn’t know how he was doing it, and I wanted the … I wanted the secrets. I wanted to know what he was doing.

So I went to the live event. To be completely honest, I had zero interest in signing up to be part of something or to buy another product of information product or service, and I’ve done group coaching. I’ve done one on one coaching. I’ve invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in professional and personal growth.

But the reality is is I’d never experienced the results that I have in less than six weeks. Honestly, I saw a difference in our business, adding zeros to the bottom line within a week of implementing just a few things that I took away from the live event. Now I’ve worked with him in the mastermind with the next level scale and it of … I’m blown away. Honestly, this is the catalyst. This is the game changer.

I was asked recently where a turning point had happened in my life, and honestly, I can drop a pin on the timeline. It was the day that I met Oli and his team in Austin, Texas. My life completely changed. I’m an mompreneur, a multi-passionate mompreneur with two little boys, and I’ve worked 80 to 100 hours a week to take our auction company from zero to seven figures in four years.

But we’d hit a plateau. We needed to scale our business, and we needed to identify and implement processes in our business. So when I identified that, I went to my husband, who is the co-founder. I work with my husband. That’s challenging on it’s own, and to our business partner, and said this is what we need to do. So I knew what to do, but I didn’t know how to do it necessarily. Efficiently, effectively. So when I met Oli, I was blown away. I went up to him boldly and said I need you. I need to buy your team to implement this for me.

He has so much integrity. You look him in the eye and he just has this heart of gold, but he’s bold. He wants you to make a difference in your life, and the difference in your business, and he’s not going to sugarcoat it. He wants you to do … to take action. He wants you to take massive action right now, and the top talent that’s he’s surrounded himself with on his team is who I wanted to be around.

Being part of his mastermind in six weeks and being part of his team has elevated who I’m around in such a short period of time. Most like the five people that you spend the most time with, and I am honoured to have Oli in that circle right now. Stand up. Take the first step and make a difference in your life because it’s not about you. It’s about the different that you’re going to make.

I’ve had Infusionsoft. I’d had Infusionsoft for over five years, and it wasn’t working. My husband, multiple times, has questioned why don’t you just cancel this? What are we doing with that? I didn’t ever have the connection. I didn’t have the ability to connect the dots. So the how, it’s information plus implementation equals transformation. The transformation that I personally have experienced as a working woman, as a mompreneur, but also as a co-worker and a co-founder of a business.

Again, my own expert. I had so much transformation in just six weeks. I know that the transformation in a year, I’m not going to recognise myself. I already don’t recognise myself. Don’t kid yourself. I have been an enthusiasm expert for a long time. Self proclaimed, of course, before having kids. But I put those on the back burners to help my husband co-found this auction company.

The reality is, though, is that you get stuck in this rat race, and you need to elevate the people you’re around you, and need to elevate your thinking. So in six short weeks, did … no idea who Oli was before I saw that Facebook ad. We all go to those events, but it was something different. I left that event, that live event, and I would have added zeroes to the amount that I invested because of the impact, the value. He over delivers every time I see him, every time I get on a mastermind call.

His team is just phenomenal. Not only him, but his team. The culture that he’s developed is phenomenal, and so … as a result of him over delivering, I would have paid him more just for the live event that I went to. So the difference that being part of growth, just the tools that are in that programme alone, but take it to the next level when you’re ready. When you’re ready. When you’re ready to take the next … because don’t commit to something that you’re not going to do. But when you’re ready to make a commitment and make a difference in your life, it’s going to change you.

Working with Oli, working with his team is game changing. I want you to not finish this year thinking ah, didn’t hit my goals. No. I want you to reach your goals faster, and he wants you … This isn’t get rich quick. This is not by any means a … they’re going to do it for you. Absolutely not. I have been more intentional with what I have done. He’s helped me block my time out. He’s helped me strategically think about what I’m doing, and more importantly, why we’re doing and should we be doing it?

I went to him with our processes, and he broke it down and we’ve got tangible things that we need to take away and apply to our business. He’s going to say hey, where are you at? What do we need to do next? So you encourage you to make an investment in yourself and an investment in your business and an investment in your community and make an impact for you and your family in the world, because I know that we’re going to see Ole go to the top. So you’d better jump on the train right now because that freight train in unstoppable.
