Quit wearing too many hats in your business
NAME: Len Kiroplis
LEVEL: NextLevel Scale™
LOCATION: Burlington, Ontario
Len Kiroplis’s life before NextLevelBusiness was a little bit of running around everywhere, trying to wear as many hats as possible in his physiotherapy practice. The problem nobody can maintain that type of superhuman activity for a long time and expect to grow a successful business that runs without the involvement of the owner.
He was also experiencing a lot of obstacles that were hampering progress in his business.
The good news is Len is on his way toward making his lead and customer flow consistent and certain. He credits his eventual success to one important factor.
The best part is Len feels like he can handle anything that comes in his way when it comes to achieving his business goals.
My life before joining NextLevel Scale was a bit of running around everywhere, trying to wear many hats successfully and doing a so-so job at at sometimes, a great job at it other times, and a lousy job at it most of the time. So, this NextLevel Scale has taught me and reminded me about the importance of focus and getting things done and making myself accountable.
Some of the roadblocks that were really obvious to us before joining were getting new referrals and new leads. Traditionally, we had a pretty good time with that, but as the years went by … specifically the last five to 10 years … we're finding that the competition has increased dramatically, and I didn't know where to look. So joining this group has really opened up our eyes and we can see some very effective ways that Ali has shown us, and I'm looking forward to continuing to learn and implement these.
I've known now for the last decade that successful people are a part of organisations like this and it was time to kind of jump on board and I'm very happy that we found this organisation to do that with.
I'm very clear now about the fact that all business owners, at a certain point of success, should join an organisation like this sooner than later. I wish I had done this sooner myself. I think there's huge value in having a mentor, someone who knows a lot about business and has a lot of hacks and tricks, and just a group of like-minded individuals who can really support you in times of challenges and even to be proactive to make your business better. So, I just would encourage anyone to join an organisation like this sooner than later, especially if they're doing well in business.
In terms of results, we're on a progression upwards. I can't give you any clear stats now because it's a little too early, but I definitely know what the power of Facebook leads is, and I'm looking forward to perfecting the phone funnel, and I definitely know that that's going to help us along with the fact that we've always wanted to get onto some online platform for our education. And I'm looking forward to that with the help and support of this organisation. Lots of new ideas and I know that going to get going forward with that.
I have confidence about business, the future. Any threats don't really scare me as much. I just feel that with the knowledge that we've acquired and the skillset that we're acquiring gradually every week and every month, that we'll truly be able to do anything we want and get to any level we wish. And if I've learned anything recently, it's probably we should even set our goals higher than they are.
